• Advised a Carlyle group entity and the existing shareholders of Cyberoam Technologies Private Limited in relation to the sale of their entire shareholding in Cyberoam Technologies Private Limited to Sophos Limited and its Indian subsidiary.
• Advised a Temasek group entity in relation to its acquisition of approximately 20% stake in Godrej Agrovet Limited through both primary and secondary investments.

Merger & Acquisition Transactions

• Advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in relation to its strategic acquisition of a 20% equity stake in YES Bank Limited, followed by the acquisition of an additional 4.22% stake of Yes Bank from Carlyle and 0.70% stake of Yes Bank from Advent.
• Advised IDFC FIRST Bank on its fundraise from Warburg Pincus and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
• Advised Chemfield Cellulose Private Limited (CCPL) and its Promoters on the divestment of a strategic stake in CCPL to Oji Holdings Corporation.
• Advised IndInfravit Trust in relation to its acquisition of nine road assets from Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited.
• Advised Timken India Limited, a subsidiary of The Timken Company, in its acquisition of ABC Bearings Limited.
• Advised LIXIL Corporation (owner of brands such as GROHE and American Standard) with its M&A activities in India, including in its recent acquisition of Sentini Sanitaryware Private Limited.
• Advising LANXESS GmbH with respect to restructuring of their India related HMV business.
• Advised GETCO India Private Limited and with respect to the sale of shares held in GETCO India by Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala to KCG Asia (erstwhile GETCO Asia).
• Advised GI Technology Private Limited in relation the investment in GI Technology Private Limited by Wirecard Acquiring & Issuing GmbH.
• Advised the promoters of Astec LifeSciences Limited with respect to the sale of their shareholding to Godrej Agrovet Limited.
• Advised promoters of Computer Age Management Services Private Limited and HDFC Limited in their sale of shareholding in Computer Age Management Services Private Limited
• Advised Nihon Nohyaku Co. Ltd. in its acquisition of approximately 74% of the shareholding of Hyderabad Chemicals Limited from its promoters.
• Advised GETCO India Private Limited and its parent entity GETCO Asia with respect to the investment in GETCO India by Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala.
• Advised Gerresheimer Glas GmbH in its acquisition of the controlling interest in Triveni Polymers Private Limited.

• Advised Iron Pillar Fund for its investment in Testbook Edu Solutions Private Limited.

• Advised Pastel Limited (Singtel) on its multiple on-market sales of the equity capital of Bharti Airtel Limited on the block deal window of the stock exchange.
• Advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in relation to its on-market sale of shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank on the block deal window of the stock exchange.
• Advised Citigroup Global Markets Private Limited in relation to the on-market sale by Tata Sons of approximately 1.48% of its shares in Tata Consultancy Services Limited.
