Our Partner, Sidharth Sethi, was invited as a speaker at the “Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation ADR Summit 2026 – Reimagining ADR: Innovation, Technology & the Future of Justice” held at the Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi on 11 July 2026. This Summit commemorated 25 years of IIAM’s glorious journey; and was held in partnership with DY Patil University School of Law, with support from JSA and Squire Patton Boggs.
With more than 350 Indian and foreign delegates, the Summit brought together speakers from around the world, including sitting and retired judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, senior advocates, international arbitrators, policy makers, general counsels and jurists who deliberated on emerging areas of arbitration and mediation.
The Summit was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India, in the gracious presence of:
- Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, Judge, Supreme Court of India;
- Hon’ble Ms. Justice Dato’ Mary Lim Thiam Suan, President, AIAC Court of Arbitration & Retired Judge, Federal Court of Malaysia;

- Hon’ble Mr. Justice A. Muhamed Mustaque, Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court;

The Valedictory Session was chaired by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Judge, Supreme Court of India in the gracious presence of:
