JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Snitch Apparels Private Limited (Snitch) in connection with its acquisition, through its subsidiary, of the Berrylush brand.
The acquisition marks Snitch’s entry into the women’s apparel segment, as it expands beyond menswear. The JSA team has been advising Snitch on various matters, including its Series A and Series B fundraises.
Snitch is one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in India, known for its trend-forward, omnichannel fashion offerings; and currently operating over 110+ offline stores. Berrylush is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion brand focused on making contemporary global fashion accessible to modern Indian women.
