JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised MUFG Bank, Ltd., Crédit Agricole CIB and BNP Paribas in connection with rupee term loan facilities availed by Khaba Renewable Energy Private Limited (Engie India entity), for the development of a 250 MW (AC) / 362.50 MW (DC) solar photovoltaic power project located in Barmer, Rajasthan.

The JSA Finance team was led by Karan Mitroo, Partner, with support from Purvi Dabbiru, Partner, Aishwarya Dixit, Principal Associate and Riddhi Sri, Associate.
