JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A, Hong Kong Branch and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in connection with financing provided to AMPIN Energy Green Sixteen Private Limited for the development, construction, operation, implementation, maintenance and financing of a renewable energy project comprising a 130.42 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), an 85 MW (AC) / 127.5 MWp solar power plant, and a 119.7 MW wind power project in Andhra Pradesh.

The JSA Finance team was led by Karan Mitroo, Partner with support from Ankita Parasar, Partner, Harshil Kakkar, Associate and Harsh Dugar, Associate.
