JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advised Chiratae Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners in connection with their investments in Haapki Moms Private Limited (“Peeko”) as part of its Series A round.
The round was led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and angel investors. Chiratae Ventures invested for a 16.16% stake, while Stellaris Venture Partners invested for a 24.85% stake.
