JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advised Fleetx Technologies Private Limited (“Fleetx”), a leading AI-native fleet and logistics technology company, on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Quaking Aspen Private Limited (“Pando”), which operates Pando.ai, an AI-powered Transportation Management System (TMS) platform based in Chennai.
The JSA team represented Fleetx as buy-side counsel, advising on all aspects of the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence on Pando, structuring, negotiating and finalising the definitive transaction documents, and assisting with pre-closing, closing and post-closing actions.
