JSA Advocates and Solicitors (“JSA”) advised 360 ONE Asset on its investment in Madrat Technologies Private Limited (“Firi”), an e-commerce platform, including advising on the corporate restructuring of the Firi platform to ensure compliance with India’s foreign direct investment (“FDI”) policy on e-commerce under the Foreign Exchange Management (Non-Debt Instruments) Rules, 2019 and the Consolidated FDI Policy.
