JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advises Crédit Agricole CIB, in relation to the financial assistance aggregating to Rs. 700,00,00,000 made available to Vertis Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), in relation to inter alia, refinancing of the existing debt availed by the InvIT.
