JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) assisted Honeywell on the India aspects of the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business, which operates commercially under the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands, to American Industrial Partners (AIP) in an all-cash transaction.
The divestiture allows Honeywell Technologies to further focus on its pure-play automation portfolio across the Building, Industrial and Process end markets. It follows the spin-off of its Aerospace business, which now operates as the independent public company Honeywell Aerospace, a separation that was itself preceded by the spin-off of Honeywell’sAdvanced Materials business as Solstice Advanced Materials.
The JSA team was led by Sidharrth Shankar, Partner, with Dhruv Malhotra, Partner; Jatin Oberoi, Senior Associate; Achint Johri, Associate; Satvik Tewari, Associate and Vadi PS, Company Secretary.
