JSA advised IvyCap Ventures Fund III, A Scheme of Ivycap Ventures Trust Fund III (“IvyCap Ventures”) on its investment in Bengaluru-based Abee Research Labs Private Limited (“SwitchOn”). SwitchOn develops AI-powered machine vision systems that automate quality inspection on manufacturing line.
