JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) acted as the lenders’ legal counsel to Union Bank of India in connection with financing of upto INR 2,347 Crores availed by Indus Infra Trust, the road InvIT platform backed by the GR Infra group, for the purpose of inter alia refinancing of the existing debt availed by the new SPVs acquired by the InvIT.
