JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) assisted Honeywell on the India aspects of the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business to Brady Corporation.
This transaction represents the final step in Honeywell’s broader strategic separation of its automation and aerospace businesses, marking its transition of Honeywell Technologies to a pure-play automation company.
