JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advised Technopaints and Chemicals Limited on its proposed initial public offering of equity shares aggregating up to INR 5,000 million. The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 3,250 million and an offer for sale of up to INR 1,750 million.
