JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) is advising all the Investor Selling Shareholdersin connection with the initial public offering of the real estate advisory and services firm, Anarock Property Consultants Limited.

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to INR 5,500 million and an offer for sale of up to INR 4,500 million.

The JSA Capital Markets team is being led by Madhurima Mukherjee Saha, Partner, with support from Shivali Singh, Partner, and Tisa Padhy, Associate.
