Position: Associate
Description: We are looking to hire an Associate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Energy practice in Gurugram, with a particular focus on Renewable Energy.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience advising clients on matters relating to the renewable energy sector, including transactions, project development, regulatory and commercial aspects, and related corporate and contractual matters. Candidates with experience in solar, wind, hybrid renewable energy projects, power purchase agreements, project documentation, regulatory frameworks, and energy-sector transactions will be preferred.
The candidate should possess strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical and client-management skills, along with the ability to independently manage transactions and work effectively with internal teams and clients.
